The Top 3 Reasons Work at Home Jobs Rock!

3.  If You Work From Home,  You Can Have a More Flexible Schedule

Do you roll out of bed in the morning and wish  you were still in bed?  Are you on a schedule for work that just does not mesh with your inner clock?  On your next full day off from work, sleep until you wake up.  Take note of how you spend your day.  How are you feeling at certain hours?  When do you feel most creative, most inspired, most focused?  If you work from home, you can capitalize on your most productive hours of the day and complete your best work during those hours.  Not everyone is a morning person, everyone has their own internal rhythms.  Some people function at their best in the earliest hours of the morning, while others shine in the evening or afternoon.  Many work from home jobs enable you to work at your own pace, whenever you are ready to work.  If you are able to work well independently, this is a great opportunity for you to get a lot of work done efficiently.   

2.  If You Work From Home, You Can Dress More Comfortably

This is truly one of my favorite things about working from home.  I almost made it number one!  When you work from home, you can choose comfortable clothing.  High heeled shoes, while very attractive, are not typically very comfortable and can wreak havoc on a woman's feet, ankles, and spines.  Men's dress shoes, while a bit more comfortable than ladies heels are still designed more for fashion than for function.  When you work from home, you do not have to wear long sleeved and button up shirts during the warmer months of the year.  In fact, if you work from home you may not even need to wear suits and dress clothing at all, unless you feel like wearing that type of clothing.  Just think of how nice it could be to dress comfortably every day of your life?  Working from home can make that possible for you.

1.  If You Work From Home, You Will Save Money on Gas and Food

With the ever rising gas prices, commuting to work can be extremely pricey.  It can be stressful on the road.  No matter how safe a driver you are, there are a ton of other drivers to think about, especially in the more congested urban areas.  Driving to work is not typically a leisurely drive, and as the average commuter drives over 20 minutes to work, gas bills are definitely taking a bite out of your wallet.  If you are sick of spending so much money on gas, working from home is a great way to save money on gas.  Why waste your money driving somewhere to work for hours only to have to do it all again and drive back home again?  If you work from home, you won't spend as much money on gas, and you won't put as many miles on your car.   In addition, when you work from home you do not have to go out for lunch or pack a lunch every day.  You can just eat healthy food at home, and prepare your own meals to eat throughout the week.  Convenience foods, such as those that are available at fast food restaurants may seem inexpensive, but the cost truly adds up when you make repeat purchases 3-5 times per week.  In one month, you can save several hundred dollars on gas and food by working at home.
